The Vertetrac® device has been shown to improve walking ability in spinal stenosis patients. The Back Bubble® (seen on the previous page) is a relatively inexpensive decompression device based on the Auto-Traction concept developed in Sweden. It can be purchased for home use. All of these techniques share a common principal, they elongate the spine and take pressure off the damaged nerve so that these nerves can heal. As we have previously mentioned combining acupuncture, laser, and specific nutrients known to promote nerve regeneration and healing, can produce some remarkable results for patients suffering with spinal stenosis.
